Snares Island - behind the scenes in wild NZ

In late 2013 the remote and usually uninhabited Snares Islands saw the arrival of four lucky Te Papa scientists to carry out a range of seabird and plant research projects.

Te Papa will be releasing five videos over the next few weeks, with each one telling a different part of the Snares Islands science story. The first one features the rare Snares Island tomtit and Snares crested penguin, amongst other birds!
